Your Meal Planning Idea Cheat Sheet

When I was “new to nutrition” the biggest thing I struggled with was knowing which foods fit into which categories. I just needed a cheat sheet. What was high in carbs? What was high in protein? While this may seem silly to some (and it does to me now), a chart like this would have saved me, in the beginning!
