For anyone interested to see what I eat every day (I’ve had several people ask), you are welcome to follow me on MyFitnessPal. If you aren’t already using MyFitnessPal, go get it from the App Store RIGHT NOW! This is the single most important tool you’re going to need to track your food. You can access the website here.
Once you’ve got the app installed, select “More”, select “Friends”, select the “+” on the top right to add a new friend. Then select “Email” and enter my username: brianshell.
Once I approve your friend request, you can see everything I eat every day. Do this by selecting “More”, “Friends”, my name, and the book icon. That is my food diary. Flip through it to see what I eat every day.
