WEIGHTIX HAIL MARY

1 – INTERMITTENT FASTING.

2 – ALTERNATE DAY FASTING. (FASTX)

3 – DO CARDIO (ELLIPTICAL) 4 TO 5 TIMES PER WEEK.

       STAY IN FAT BURN ZONE (87 – 108 bpm for 30 – 60   

       minutes).

4 – STRENGTH TRAINING 3 TO 4 TIMES PER WEEK.

       (Lift heavy for 30 – 60 minutes).

       TO OPTIMIZE STRENGTH TRAINING, START WITH 15     

       MINUTES OF CARDIO THEN DO STRENGTH TRAINING   

       AND FINISH WITH 15 MINUTES OF CARDIO.

5 – GET PLENTY OF SLEEP.

       8 TO 9 HOURS PER NIGHT.

6 – DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

       BODY WEIGHT DIVIDED BY 2 EQUALS THE NUMBER OF  

       OUNCES THAT YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING PER DAY.

       METABOLICALLY SPEAKING, DRINKING WATER ON AN

       EMPTY STOMACH IS BETTER FOR YOU.

7 – DON’T DRINK DIET POP.

       IT MESSES WITH YOUR GUT FLORA JUST ENOUGH TO  

       SLOW WEIGHT LOSS DOWN A BIT.

8 – TAKE MULTIVITAMINS.

       SPREAD THEM OUT OVER THE DAY. FOR INSTANCE, IF YOU

       TAKE 6 CAPSULES PER DAY, TAKE 2 AT EACH MEAL TIME.

9 – WEIGH YOURSELF DAILY.

       THIS IS TO HELP YOU REALIZE THAT SCALE FLUCTUATIONS  

       ARE NORMAL AND ON HEAVY EATING DAYS YOU WILL

       WEIGH MORE DUE TO WATER RETENTION.

10 – THERMOGENIC FAT BURNER SUPPLEMENT.

          LAST DITCH EFFORT AND THEY DON’T WORK IF YOU ARE 

          NOT DOING STEPS 1 – 10.
