My typical grocery / shopping list

A few people have asked for a typical list of things that I buy when I go grocery shopping. Keep in mind, I don’t like cooking / preparing food, so almost everything I eat is “grab & go”. The great thing about flexible dieting is that you can eat whatever you want. By no means are you stuck with anyone else’s shopping or meal plans. But, here’s what I typically buy in absolute no particular order.

(Personally, I do the MacroFit approach now. For your convenience, I’ve tried to distinguish some of the food differences and substitutions for CarbX / Keto).

Remember, you can use this handy chart to print out and put on your fridge if you need a quick-reference before going shopping.
