Melanie’s Chicken Salad
- 3 10 oz chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups diced gala apples
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 1 1/2 cups of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Total Macros: 164 g serving size (a heaping scoop), 230 calories, 10 g fat, 26 g protein, 7 carbs
