For anyone interested in seeing what I eat every day (I’ve had several people ask) you are WELCOME to follow me on MyFitnessPal… If you aren’t already using MyFitnessPal, go get it from the App Store (Android and iPhone) RIGHT NOW!!!!!! This is the single most important tool you’re going to need to track your food.
Once you’ve got the app installed, go to “More”, touch “Friends”, hit the plus on the top-right to add a new friend, hit “Email”, and enter my username, which is brianshell
Once I approve your friend request, you can see everything I eat every day by touching “More”, then “Friends”, then touch my name, then touch the little icon that looks like a book… that’s my food diary. Flip through it to see what I eat.
