This one is a staple for me. It’s a full meal replacement, since it totals out to about 405 calories. But it will fill you up (the protein really sticks in your belly), and makes a great post-workout meal. (It ends up being almost 32oz in size.. it’s big).
- 10-oz of almond milk (plain, unsweetened)
- One half of a frozen banana (the frozen makes the shake creamy and smooth)
- 2 full scoops of ISO-100 chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 cups of ice
Total macros: 56g protein, 22g carbs, 12g fat, 405 calories.
Most of the carbs are from the half banana, FYI.
