Melanie’s Chicken Salad

This stuff is crazy good. We’re talking about chicken salad. It tastes exactly the same as the stuff you’d buy in the deli, but at about one-third the calories and without all the fat.

Melanie’s Chicken Salad

  • 3 10 oz chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups diced gala apples
  • 3/4 cup light mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Total Macros:  164 g serving size (a heaping scoop),  230 calories, 10 g fat, 26 g protein, 7 carbs
