Melanie’s Chicken Salad

This stuff is crazy good.. tastes exactly the same as the stuff you’d buy in the deli, but at like.. one-third the calories and without all the fat!!

  • 3 10-oz chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups diced gala apples
  • 3/4 cup light mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups of non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1-tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Total Macros:  164g serving size (a heaping scoop).  230 calories, 10g fat, 26g protein, 7 carbs.
