Melanie’s Bacon-Stuffed Jalapeno Delights

Because bacon!!!  These are super low-fat, and very macro-friendly!! Crazy delicious

In each: 51 calories, 2.4g fat, 3.1g carbs, 4.4g protein

Makes 22 “Delights”

The Peppers:
550 grams jalapeno (12 large jalapeños, halved, and emptied out).
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (goes on top of them RIGHT after they are baked, so the cheese melts).
The “stuffing” (mix together in a bowl, then scoop it into each jalapeño-half)
8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese [1186]
170g Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt [201442]
2 small onions
65 grams bacon bits
1/4 tsp garlic
1/2 t smoked tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Stuff the peppers and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 375. Pull them out, and sprinkle the cheddar on top!
(Broil them for about 60 seconds if you want that crispy slightly-burned look)
